I made this sight here: But when I use it the vision turns into the image all white with the pic... I may be noob at this, but I need help.

You need a program like gimp or paint.net,i think you might find these tutorials helpfull:

Oh,and one more thing:THE CENTER OF THE IMAGE IS 399x300.This is very important when making scopes,it will make them much more accurate.

I HAVE GIMP ALREADY! I just need to know HOW TO MAKE THE bACKGROUND TRANSPARENT???

Do this in gimp:file>new>advanced options>fill with:transparency

Use the fuzzy select tool on the white part.Press the delete key on your keyboard.permision to call him a retard x2
EDIT:The image is 800x580,not 800x600,i dont think it will work,anyways.

granted, to make something transparent erase it. In this case that would be the white around the "sight". How ever unless you take more time doing that then you did making some of your posts you will end up with a very sloppy image that no one wants to see or use. So what you should do it start over from a transparent image and make the sight.

You could also make the sight on a new layer in ether editor then erase the layer filled with white or delete it entirely

I could do all that but I am brazillian and all the buttons where written in portuguese so I dunno where's the "floppy" button... And I don't understand some things you guys say...
