HOW TO MAKE SKINS WITH TEAM COLORS???

I edited some skinns to post and share, but I dunno how to make the team colors appears! Is there a default color that makes it green or blue when playing? Because I don't wan't to play a game that I don't know who are friends and who are enemies...
