Modding help. Edit:

I've been trying sights. And I go to paint I select 399,300 and I save. I add it to my .76 folder under ping named semi

Well in game when I go to scope I get a white screen with the dot.

Now I've never modded sights before. And I'm still new too modding in general. Can anyone tell me how to get just the dot? And not have a white screen?

The white is probably because the scope that area isn't transparent, you should follow this tutorial for ironsight making.http://buildandshoot.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2863\
Also if you want a scope, then make sure you select the background color as transparent (search around for the specific image editing program you use)

use paint.net instead of paint.

Okay so sight making is not my specialty. I appreciate the help guys. It did help, the tutorial and Paint.net. I'm just not very good at making sights.
