[REQUEST] Reunification Palace

Vietnam War-themed mods and maps around here are rare, so why not?
This is a request; of course i cannot make it due to various reasons. Hopefully some briliant modders could recreate this.
Pictures could be found on Google and the above link.
Also, make the map as Independence Palace in war, not a museum like now.
