Build and Shoot

Anyone remembers the map de_Rats?
Used to love this map in cs1.6
Since Venator cannot into mapping im asking one of you brilliant modders to recreate this map.
If you'd like to do it but have no clue what map I am talking about I can post some pictures.

Oh yes. This would be a good map to do.

I suspect it'd be more common on arena, though.
