[REQUEST]Slab6 key changer?

Is there anyone who could do a favor for laptop users over here? My Insert key is not working, so i couldn't get Slab6 to work either.
I would really appeciate it if anyone would make a Slab6 key changer of sorts. Or just a better remake of Slab6.

the tool is opensource, so edit it :)
you are looking for 'keyrepeat(VALUE HERE)' in slab6.c

Or, you know, create a one line script in AutoHotkey.

Oh! I know this one! I have this problem too with my laptop (even though it's a pretty nice laptop). It's kind of annoying and tedious, but I figured out (at least with my laptop) the reason it wasn't working was because the way fn. keys worked was flipped. It bugged me forever until I realized this. So basically what you have to do is hit the function key every time before hitting the insert key. Yay for solving teh mysteries! I win!
