Please help me!

Hello, Veterans and Newbies AoS. I have a problem in this game and summarize in this post:
When I start the game (ie, give click the server and wait for it to load), what happens is, that when finished loading the game, it stops and is minimized and a window that says: Client.exe stopped working when we finish figure out the problem of this program will let you know.
I waited and I never knew that was the problem.
Please aid is enough. I have a few days without playing AoS and want to play, no doubt.
