"Failed to load config file" error message-Please help

Whenever I try to go on a server, an error message pops up that says "Failed to load config file". I have no idea why this is happening. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this.

Did you modify or delete the config.txt file?

no, however I have made my own gun skins with slab6.

Try to reinstall your game installation, and don't touch anything this time.
