How do I add the mod grownade and use it?

I'm really shitty with computers and really my only modding experience has been with garry's mod. I know, im awful. Anyways, would anyone mind helping me out and explaining how i would go about doing this?

should be there by default, the script pretty much explains itself. It will make a folder called kv6 where you put yoru .kv6 models you want to spawn. You might need to edit the pivots and size for some models.
