I don't think there is any other option. Otherwise I'm stuck doing nothing unless another country takes you over lol. Unless somehow I'm allowed to manufacture ships and attack people from the water. Basically Denmark was the only viable country left and I'm already about to die lol. Ah well, we shall fight valiantly to the end!
