Ok now if I can do both of these things in 1 turn, try for truce with Bulgaria and declare war on Greece and attack them:
1) all BS for Greece if truce succeeds
2) 3 BS for Greece and 4 for Bulgaria if it doesn't
If I can't do both then just do option 2.

Edit: ok since it would take 2 victories to get to greek mainland, just re-declare Bulgarian war.
Edit2: ok attack via sea route then, no bulgary war.
