This following image shows all the territories (marked in colors of the allies) any of which can be automatically traded in any around when the overseas ally confirms the trade (i.e. they don't need the owner's agreement to trade). Only 1 territory will be traded per round though.

In return, the overseas allies can pick any territory they want that is to be replaced by either mine or Shojump's territory.
