Well, the simple reason to that, sometimes if you kill people they instantly start a votekick because they think you hack because they are a four year old who gets mad when they die, the people who are better then you haven't killed the four year old, so the four year old would have no reason to kick them (until they kill him).

You will get better with practice, with enough you will do about 200 points per hour on kills.

Ace of spades, like any other FPS, requires a decent amount of fine muscle memory (specifically in finger and arm movements). Notice how it gets harder and harder to aim between long periods of inactivity in-game? Just keep playing so that you eventually get used to your own preferred sensitivity to the point that it becomes 2nd nature.
