Much of Western Europe puts the day before the month in dates. Jagex does this because their British.

Amercan is only 5 hours behind the UK, it is around 7PM for them so it is still the 12th for them

We can facilitate all 1.0 discussion here, where not in this section but you get the idea, there is more than enough room in our 1.0 section of the site to fit the entire 1.0 community.
