Build and Shoot

Hi, I have a problem with this game.
Sometimes, when I am playing, my screen freezes and anything that moves leaves a trail of itself. (example, when I open my inventory, my sniper rifle leaving a trail of its movement soon looks like a disc.)
How do I fix this? Thanks.

this means someone trolled you by putting you in a block. Use the grenade and hold the left mouse button til it explodes.

And on some servers you can type /kill.

This happens when you get stuck in a block, just keep jumping and crouch and you will get out.
