I found a solution to a problem I've been having for a long time with my keyboard on AoS. Whenever I would log into a server, I would get to the Team select menu and not be able to join a team. For any of you who may be having the same problems, I have a potential solution.
TROUBLESHOOT COMPATIBILITY OF THE CLIENT FILE:
(I have an asus, but this will most likely work with most computers)
If your computer runs windows 7, you might have a compatibility problem. Click on the Ace of spades folder in the programs bar. Then right click on config and click on "Open file location". This will open up the folder that has the client file (with the Aos icon) Right click on the "client" file, and click "Troubleshoot Compatibility". This will open the windows troubleshooter. Use reccomended settings and follow the directions when it asks you to open the program (it won't open, but that's okay). When you are finished, it should hopefully allow you to make it compatible by running it with Windows XP. I hope this works for you as well as it worked for me, because now my keyboard works and I can play again!
