Build and Shoot

So, uhh... I saw a gamemode called babel (I think), and have no idea what it involves. A quick search revealed nothing to me, except that the community hates SMGs. So, if anyone could explain what babel involves, that would be greatly appreciated. Here, I'll give you a smiley. (Yah... you may be able to tell that I'm new here.)

The gamemode "babel" is a reference toward the "tower of babel" in the bible.
The goal is to build a structure tall enough and PIERCE THROUGH THE HEAVENS(get on the blue floating platform) and grab the intel.

It's where you build a tower to the floating platform in the sky and you get the intel and capture it and if you die before you capture the intel is "returned to the heavens" because tower of babel is in the bible but I don't have faith in the bible because I think religion is stupid but I'm not trying to offend those that are religion I believe that everyone is given the right to their own beliefs so don't hate me good day.

Since OP's question has been answered, could we turn this into a discussion about the mode?
For example, how do I build a decent staircase without getting sniped?

The problem with this is that a lot of people read the first post, then reply, without bothering reading the rest of the thread. I've seen this a lot on other forums where threads have changed topic, but people are still directly replying to the first post on the 50th page.
