In this post I would like to learn how to make weapons. Do you need to change a program if it Give a link to download the content or pages in which to create weapons
I will be very happy if I can create first weapon.

If you mean skins/mods you may find what you need
here.
If you mean make a new type of weapon entirely, you'd have to be an even greater wizard than homps.
