Build and Shoot

I just recently got a laptop and I started playing Ace of Spades on it. But, to move, select, etc., I had to hold down ALT. Also, sometimes I just started moving in one direction uncontrollably. Can someone please provide some light on this issue?

try turning off any sticky keys
