HELP

My game is very unresponsive, I press 1 to join a team and it takes about 20 secs to join the team, then it chooses a random weapon for me and when I start running it dose not stop and I can only stop when I start to chat. Please help!

Sounds like you have a fat cat is sitting on your keyboard. Check for cats.

NVIDIA Geforce 630m 1gb vram
6gb ddr3 ram

The game only moves where I want when I am crouched.

Do you have a whole crap load of stuff installed on your PC?
If so, uninstall the stuff you don't play/use or defrag the hard drive.
