Officially? No.

Unofficially? I'm responsible for two efforts. One is a modification of 0.75 called 0.75 Powerthirst Edition, the other is a scriptable engine written from scratch called Iceball.

Someone has been working on a recreation of 0.x, I forget what it's called, but it uses Java.

SonarPulse has been porting Voxlap to stuff that isn't MSVC++ for Windows, and hopes to use that as a base for a 0.75 recreation.

RootDynasty was working on a project called Cubed Root, which was meant to be a 0.75 client which uses OpenGL rather than Voxlap, but I think that's been abandoned now.
