Some help please

Hi all, bought the steam version , saw a lot of complaints so thought id check out this place after follwing a link,

installed from the link here

changed the name in config
try to join a server, point to the client exe for launcher
but just keep getting exe has stopped responding

steam version runs fine,

uninstalled reinstalled still same

any ideas?

That's weird. Can you please get me some debugging information? Notably that "EIP" thing. I might be able to debug it.

In Windows 95/98 you'd click that "Details>>" thing. I don't know what you do with the stuff that isn't 15 years out of date, though :/

I might upload the older 0.75 which didn't crash in less than 10 seconds on my old laptop.
