How do I get max FPS?

How Do I get maximum FPS, I get around 12 FPS (My computer can run LoL and Jagex AoS with over 60 fps fine). I understand that in this game (I like to say classic or Better AoS) is mean't to run at Low FPS however I heard that you can max it out at around 55 FPS. I just want to know how (And I am sure others do to!) Aiming and shooting is unbearable as the game makes my mouse all jumpy. Thank you to anyone who can help! And GREEN MASTER RACE FOREVER! 1. What OS are you using?
2. What CPU do you have?
3. How much RAM do you have?

Have you tried to terminate the other programs while running AoS?

Yes, but I think it is because AoS is limited in how much fps it gives out, like it has a max or something. I can easily get higher FPS (although still not much) in Planetside 2 and over 100 fps in League of Legends. The "new" AoS by Jagex gives me a solid 60. I don't think it is having other programs running or anything. I was just curious if I could boost my fps to 60 as a bunch of people are running around claiming 60 fps possible.

If you have a switchable GPU setup (integrated vs something "better"), try running AoS on the integrated (Intel 2000/2500/3000/4000 HD) GPU. It should run more smoothly than some particular cards that try to be "smart".

Didn't work. My friend next to me gets 60 on a worse machine than I... (Recordssss YAH!!!) I max out at around 21 FPS. its weird and frustrating. switched GPU's switch resolutions. Nothing has worked.

I get the same problem on a similar machine. i5 at 2.5 GHz. Everything else is the same(including windows 8). I run it in windowed mode(configuration file) then press F5 to release the mouse and maximize it. For some reason this gives me 60FPS whereas full screen gives me 10-20. If you find a different solution let me know!
