Build and Shoot

Whenever I attempt to launch the game with the BnS launcher, the game doesn't launch. No errors or anything. I would ditch the BnS launcher but my keyboard doesn't work in-game without the launcher.
I am running Windows 7 64-bit for those wondering.

Fix your keyboard issues somehow. That's just weird.

Did you install the versions as well? And not just the Bns launcher?

Yea, I installed the game through the launcher. I used the "add new installation."

Recently I've had a similar problem. Suddenly nothing happens when I try to launch the game from the site or launcher. I've tried re-installing, but it doesn't help.

if you run the game manually, does it work?

(e.g. create a shortcut to the game and add a server to the shortcut path)

I just launched it up directly and it didn't ask for a server, and the shortcut just yelled an error at me.

Go to the directory where client.exe is installed. 0.75 is usually located at C:\Ace of Spades.

Create a new text file.

Open it.
Copy and paste the above into the file

Rename it to runclient.bat, make sure it is not named runclient.bat.txt because it wont work. You need to make sure it is runclient.bat Doublecheck and confirm it is named correctly.

double click runclient.bat, and tell me if the games loads or any error messages you see.

It worked! Thanks! I guess for other servers I just have to Copy-paste the server address?

Use the add existing installation button. And navigate to that same folder. Select it, press ok. And now go to the serverlist page on bns and click any 75 server. It should work.
