Build and Shoot

I downloaded the Launcher, installed it with no problems. But I started up the launcher, and I get this:
"Launcher.exe - .NET Framework Initialiazation Error"
"Unable to find a version of runtime to run this application"
Help...?

You appear to have a problem. You can either uninstall your existing .NET framework and reinstall it or use Micro$oft's .NET Repair tool to try to fix the problem.
