How to manage and change badges

As the title says it was written by jdrew, he posted initially in a WIP guide to everything thread the news team, moderators and admins are working on. It is not ready but a lot of people ask how to change their badge. So here it is

Badges can be modified by first going into the UCP(User Control Panel) and going to user groups. Next you can click the badge you want and select "change default group". Here is a full tutorial with pictures!


First go into the UCP


Next go to the user groups


Now chose a badge! You have three badges to chose from right from the start. Those are the blue,green, and ancient badges. In this tutorial I used the blue team badge but you can pick your own. You can also earn badges as you learned above.


Finally you must set the badge to your default group so that it will show up when you post

We have had at least 20 people asking how to change their badges. So this is definitely needed.

Exactly, especially since some of those people already know how to use the UCP to change avatars/sigs.

I'm pretty sure most, if not all of them didn't even bother looking for themselves first. Lazy and retarded.
