Woah, calm down. This is not the section to post this, please, I guess, post it in the lounge ad don't be so angry. Slowly and calmly explain what the problem is. Please also note that hackers are kind of common and you simply just need to leave the game if you can't votekick them.
Edit your post to give me a bit more information about you're problem, like what servers they were and what kind of 'skills' Chirik had.

I shouldn't really be shocked by the amount of cheating going on, but I am anyway.
Haven't played AoS in a long while, the only time I really remember was when there was only a rifle and it was hills VS. rivers. I do remember briefly playing when the SMG and Shotgun were first added, though.
Popped onto a Canadian server and popped a few heads with the rifle as well. Then, I was being votekicked for "aimbotting", and right after that didn't pass, I read "lol aim vs aim", and that was followed by getting hit with SMG headshots from the fog before I could even see the bastard.
Joined another server that had almost 30 people and quite a few folks were flinging accusations left and right for aimbotting. Couldn't tell what was what since there's no first person spectating or kill-cams, and I didn't want to start screaming "aimbot" either since I've had unstoppable runs with the rifle in the past.
Are there any (somewhat) policed servers that folks wouldn't mind namedropping for a long dead vet?

There is a lot of cheating, but a lot of player who are new have no idea how many headshots somebody can get without actually cheating. Honestly, I got six successive headshots on a bunch of guys a few feet away who had no cover and didn't notice me. I was kicked in around 2 minutes for 'HACKING BITCH'.
I am ashamed to admit once I was a noob (back when there were 'deuces', hence my name) I tried to votekick somebody for 'hacking'. Three months later I tracked him down and said sorry, and accepted it :P
I have never tried to votekick for hacking since unless their rifle has a rate of an SMG, because that is hackable, and what most 'aimbotters' use anyway

Pretty much why I haven't been flinging around accusations or pointing fingers yet. As I said before, I've managed to get lucky streaks with the rifle, mainly from the fog line.
I'm just seeing a lot of people go on headshot kill streaks from the fog line with the SMG without skipping a beat, and I really don't want to cry out "cheater" without proper information. Is the SMG that accurate, and is it a one-shot kill to the head?
Makes me kind of wish the only weapon was a bolt-action rifle. You miss, you're screwed.

I only play on aloha and minit servers, since they tend to contain the least amount of derp and are decently moderated and administrated.
