Also maybe Triplefox, I can only think of 2 maps he did but one was definitely an icebreaker (and it wasn't the one with all the ice, I'm thinking about Mesa).

I nominate Yourself. He's made more than a few great maps. Usually something innovative too.

And we need some sort of Lifetime Career Achievement Award or something for JoJoeStinky. JoJoe, if you're reading this, you totally came in, dumped a shit-ton of strangely-named maps that were all amazing and strangely similar-enough that you always get lost or strange feelings of deja vu whilst you were fighting your way across Blenderized Gumby battlefield terrains and down dimy-lit train tunnels. And then you were gone. Except when you came back. And then were gone again.
