Really? There are plenty of empty servers, I don't see why the lack of servers is a problem.
The lack of good quality servers that actually have a decent amount of players however...

I seem to remember jest servers being full of aimbotters. I may be wrong though.

Wouldn't that be a good thing? Let's just have a couple of servers where everyone aimbots. Will keep them away from the other servers

I had that idea earlier: (but never told anyone) Make one server unaffected by the banlist and legalize hacking there.

Jestservers is full of griefers and aimbotters, because the hacks and griefers do not have to worry about getting banned.
