Can't download AoS 0.75

Hello guys I having this problem for a long time...
When I try to download it its says that it can't find aos0.75packageinstaller
Please help me....I have try to find other solution too (and it doesn't works
)

No...I'm not using Mac..I'm I'm right I'm using window 7 I think

Did you
try using a different mirror? It worked fine in Chrome for me.
