can anyone help? i got falsely votekicked from aloha arena all maps for hacking which i was not infact i was horrible. well now im banned from all aloha and minit us what does aloha have to do with minit us that im banned from both. its just unfair as i was not hacking could ANYONE help me? for once ban evasion would be nice for i did nothing but then i would have done something. can we stop the ban with votekicks? and make it unless admin approved no ban? i think that would be helpful for others who are votekicked and banned for no reason.

A votekick lats only 30 minutes on most servers, if it was not a ban then hackers or greifers could just hope right back on. If you are too impatient or don't want to wait then you can head over to their IRC channels and ask them to remove it before the time limit but I don't think they would say yes.

jdrew summarised it nicely - if there wasn't a tempban with votekicks, there would be no way to stop hackers and griefers when there were no admins online, as they could hop back in in a matter of seconds. While this can result in a few innocents being votekicked, the ban in only for 30 minutes (usually), so all you have to do is go play elsewhere for a while, or do something else.
