I don't really think there are any, though the bastion has still been able to keep its ranks

Really the only place I have been seeing clans created is on the aceofspades forum. Or you can pm danhezee and ask him when he's going to create a clan subsection.

The clubs replaced the sub sections so that we wouldn't have a corrupt consul

Rather, the clubs replaced the sub-sections because the sub-sections required a lot of administrative involvement to set up.

And not all clans could get their own subsection!

Not all clans deserve a subsection. Anyways clubs are next to useless, so clans should have a forum that's not directly tied to this one.

then someone would cry because their clan didn't earn a sub section, I do think that subsections should be brought back though as it shows who is the biggest and most active.

Sub-sections were a pain in the ass from the administrative perspective and clubs seemed like a reasonable replacement for them. If you want your own forum, go ahead and make one. Download the phpbb files from phpbb, customize it to your liking, and then upload it to a webhost (like 000webhost or even a paid one), and there you go. Or, if you're even lazier, you can just use a free forum hosting service like forumotion.

I already have done that, It would let the community know who the best clans are so thats the only reason I think we should use it again.
