What is the lowest fullscreen resolution without crashing for AoS? I know that the lowest windowed resolution is 620x536, but I'm curious for fullscreen.

Why don't you try? It crashes at low resolutions due to the engine not checking whether it draws things like the minimap outside of the screen. Since that is all related to the rendering code and not the driver, it should be the same for fullscreen.
