Well, in cs maps there was a hacker who has 2 accounts, he kill everyone with one an the other votekick the players to don't let them votekick the first account, then the first account leave the game and enter with other name and become in the second account, and he been repeating that the all rounds how can i ban them with that form of play? :/ *Sorry if i had a fail, i'm spanish*
