AoS Not Working

So i download it and it is in my c drive and sometimes it kicks up a black screen then crashes
and sometime it does not work at all help?

windows xp about a 2 gigs

Do you have anything running or have you modified anything such as firewall exceptions?

well i now i uninstalled it and reinstalled now it does not even launch.
