There isn't any accuracy advantage in any of them, as they are all just aesthetic. However, if you want the screen to be as clean as possible, you could take one of the single-dot sights, even though I find them atrocious.
why are you even reading this

I was thinking ironsights would be good for shooting multiple players because it shows the background and other players when you aim but for scope it focuses on 1 player that you want to get possibly 3 players if you remember their position because the scope has some dark shaded parts on the edge that blocks you from looking the all of the terrain and other players, anyways then i would stay with the scoped aimsight

This is especially troublesome if you are aiming at an upwards angle with a gun. Typically if I'm using the scope, I edit it and removed any shading because it can also obscure parts of the screen. Otherwise, neither is actually more accurate than the other.

Accuracy depends on your skill, not the sight you are using.
Sights can help a small amount, but it mostly depends on what you prefer. Some prefer to use iron sights/scopes and some prefer single pixel sights. We can't make that decision for you, you'll have to just try them and see what works best for you.
