How do I install mods for Windows 8?

Hello everyone! I need help with installing mods on Windows 8. So when I find a cool mod I go to open up my file explorer. I look around but I can never find a folder to install the mods to. I wanted to install a weapons pack but I cant find a folder to install it to. So can anyone tell me the location to find the folder I need to install a mod? Thanks.

If you are using the BnS launcher it is in roaming/buildandshoot

Ok. I found the folder. Now where do I put the mod?
If you are using the BnS launcher it is in roaming/buildandshoot

What are the names of the files inside the mod folder?
If it has KV6, PNG or WAV just drag them into your AOS folder, merge and replace.

There is no ace of spades folder in roaming. Or anywhere for that matter. At least for me there isn't. I might be looking in the wrong place for it, can you tell me where the ace of spades folder is?
