Is it possible to play on a Build and Shoot server without admin privileges? If so, how?

What do you mean exactly? All you need to run the game is to have the build and shoot launcher and click a server. You might need admin privileges to instal the launcher but that would be it.

I mean how does one install the build and shoot launcher without admin privileges? Or is there a way to install Ace of Spades 0.75 or 0.76 manually and be able to play on the B&S servers without the need for the launcher?

If you want to play AoS 0.75 without installing the launcher you need
this.

Well yes, but under a standard user in Windows 7, it tells me I need the admin's password in order to install it. Let's say I can't obtain the administrator password for whatever reason. How would I install Ace of Spades, and then play on any of the Build and Shoot servers? Whether it uses the launcher or not doesn't really concern me, unless it is absolutely required to play on a server.

It is possible to run the game without admin privileges but it isn't easy. You need a zip of all the files which I can provide you if someone doesnt already have it. Then you will need a batch file to launch the game. That has been made but it will take some searching to find it.
Once you have the game files and the batch file, you will need to copy and paste the server link into the batch file to launch the game.
In short, it is easier to ask your parents to enter in the admin password but if you cant convince them you can technically still play.

Yeah I'd like a link to the zip with all of the files. I don't mind searching for the batch file to be honest. Thanks for the response.
EDIT: Never mind, I got a .zip with all of the files. About the batch file, I found several posts such as the Server Join v2.0.bat script, and I also searched for a script that would allow me to join via IP. Through editing, I've come up with something along the lines of this:
Code: Select allstart "C:\Ace of Spades\Ace of Spades\client.exe" -aos://774716197:32867
But I keep getting this error:
Server Join v2.0.bat works just fine, it's just that some of the servers on the .bat seem outdated and I'd prefer to copy and paste the address instead.

If you were still having trouble, try launching it through cmd. I have an issue with my windows installer, and have to launch my game like this every time, it's not too hard.

Just navigate to your AOS folder (Putting it on the main hard drive will be easiest) usind cd C:/ and then the folder names. Then do client -[server ip] and hit enter.
