Hi !
I need some help, when i join a server, i can play something like 15 seconds and i'm disconnected.
I don't know why. It's because i have a bad ping (300ms ?)
The message error say : Client.exe "stop to work" (<- i try to translate xD)

Yes having a 300+ ping might cause you to lose connection to the server

I don't know why i have this high ping because i play other game (like CoD 2) and i have a good ping ...

It depends where the server is located.
For examle, you live in Germany and their is a french server with 80 ping. There is also a brazilian server with 300 ping. The french server has less ping for you because Germany is nearer to France than it is to Brazil.
