Pray tell, how would you specify which votekick you're voting for if there are multiple votekicks simultaneously?
I was thinking we can do a script where someone who received votekicks against him from many different players will have successively fewer required votes to pass.
Example: Player A, B, and C.
Player B starts a votekick on Player A, but doesn't go through.
Player C starts another votekick on Player A, which has a lower threshold required.
If Player B starts another votekick on Player A, it doesn't decrease the threshold any further.

I am a single bullet.
It has no heart.
Therefore, it does not think.
It just flies straight towards its target.

I also think we need to keep a eye on the reasons too. As stated before I've seen way too many stupid reasons for doing a votekick.

As someone who only ever played 0.52 for one day, bring back /n and do it right.
Having a distinct "no" is by far better than assuming "undecided" == "no".

Whenever I start a votekick, for the reason I put something slightly trumped up/scary, such as "Killing all of his teammates" or "Destroying everything green has".I'd call it "dumbing it down a little" and like it very much.
Maps planned: Z-Fighting, Hallway Lite, Chaos Redux, Random Maze, FHQ Infiltration, Greece Push, Dracula's Castle, New York.

Hence the "do it right" bit. Besides, RoT isn't your average pubby.

I am thinking of ditching votekick all together and have a small army of guards that can kick without voting anyone they deem troublesome

That's the community being misinformed, and that's what we ought to fix. There should be a regular message in the chat saying that /Y means to vote yes in a votekick and ONLY THAT. People should also be banned for doing the "/Y FOR AIRSTRIKE" trick to gain votes for votekick.

I think votekick is okay, but I've seen many people using votekick for not so great reasons. for example a player started a votekick because he was killed by an enemy.
On many servers that I played on there are hardly any admins observing the votekicks. We don't know if the admins or there or not.

Votekicking isn't the problem. People are.
