I also demand a removal of email posting since email spamming can easily happen by anyone guest on the forum. He may be working on a different game anyway. Besides, poking Ben using his email is not the smartest move.

Ben is a Jew he just Put a knife in AOS players back . He didnt wanted even to comment his acts with Jagex , or say that the .75 voxel version be shut down , or the half year that all Aos players waited for new version but they never came out cause he had a pakt with Fagex . He betrayed so much Aos players , that were so happy about this great new game.
I hope he dies a slow and painfull death. Cause that happens to Betrayers and Liars.

Ben was a great guy, he just made a mistake selling to Jagex. He's tried to buy back the rights several times.

Secondly, any moderators wanna weigh in on this? Preferably with a gavel or mallet-like object used to magically remove people from online discussions?

But Ben is still a great guy, all we want is just to hear from him again even if its not AoS related.

To all the people that are saying he "sold out" - don't act all high and mighty, as if you wouldn't have done the same thing had someone offered you a ton of money for a small game that you started as a side project.

I would have implemented micro-transactions and published a better graphics DLC.

Whether it would be ahrd or not isn't the issue - it's the legality or such an act, as well as the difficulty of expanding upon it.

Also, a "better graphics" DLC would either require maintaining two rendering engines, or having one engine with a boolean that either lets the user use better graphics, or not, which would be piss-easy to get around.

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any Jagex Product client software in any way (except to the extent allowed by applicable law). You must not use a modified/customised version of the client software or attempt to copy, transfer or sub-license it. You must not create or provide any other means by which any Jagex Product may be played by others (including, without limitation, replacement or modified client/server software, server emulators). Please note that any such activity may constitute civil wrongs and/or criminal offences, and we reserve the right to take such action as appropriate in the circumstances should we become aware that such offences are being committed.I'm no lawyer, but it appears that it's pretty much impossible to decompile/disassemble .75 legally based on that, unless you can claim they don't own it. Only hope would be if they didn't buy the earlier voxlap versions which they probably did.
It's unlikely, but does anyone know if Ben's commercial Voxlap license wasn't sold with the game? If it wasn't then technically Jagex was using .75 as a test platform, which goes against the Voxlap ToS.
