Mostly that rifles are 100% accurate and that SMGs have reduced damage at longer ranges, along with a couple shotgun buffs.

No, rifles are 79% accurate at the fog line within a half-block radius. But the other things are probably about right.

I find it much more fun to play 0.76 but none of the servers have users on when I get on. So then I go back to 0.75.

That's a crap excuse to be honest. If you just play even if there are just a few players on, slowly more people will join.

Try having fun playing with like 5 people or by yourself.

The only way for people to switch to .76 is the server must be switched.
