If you literally think that the SMG sucks in 0.76, then you are sadly mistaken.
I can't tell you how many times I've been in a fire fight with an SMG user and lost badly.
Just because in 0.76 you need skill to use the SMG (and skill to use the rifle and shotgun as well) doesn't mean it sucks.

I knew about Semi-Snipers and that a smg should be a smg but it will make AoS a one weapon game , and I knew they are much lovers of the 1 weapon idea...

That there was from starting a rifle and then some totally other weapons like a Mortar or HMG then the Smg would never be introduced but now we got a SMG and should look to balance it.

Nope you haven't fixed anything . I played .76 and I Found it frustrating that I have to make like 4 or 5 HEADSHOTS while the .76 boosted accuracy rifle would need just one bullet or two at really some last visible fog blocks ( what wouldn't be a problem cause the semi could HS and then shot the legs or torso easily ) .

From Wikipedia they say the effective range of a mp5 is 200 meters , so a Aos soldier is the height of like 1.80m ?
So a Soldier is 3 block high that means 1.80m / 3 = 0.60m ( 1 Block is .60m )
Then we got 200m / 0.60m (60cm) ( size of a block ) and we got 333 Blocks are 199.8m So the SMG should be accurate at 333 Blocks Leigh :D
