Well, to be pedantic you can't compensate for something random. You can, however, train your aim to that most of your shots are centered and thus end up hitting at least the body, if not the head, almost everytime.

Like Commie said, the spread of the rifle hits are random, and combined with almost everyone using the OP god of all weapons SMG, the rifle is very terrible.

I use the rifle almost all the time and always do good with it. SMG users don't stand in my way, the rifle kills way faster and is still more accurate.

First off, there's no solid proof that I "cheat", other than claiming that when I tried it once, I was actually using it all the time. Secondly, you can't ban people on forums if they are accused of "cheating".

I use the rifle almost all the time and always do good with it. SMG users don't stand in my way, the rifle kills way faster and is still more accurate.

Unless you know how random the spread of the Rifle is, and use it so many times that you know it by heart, an person with an SMG could kill you as in little as 1-2 hits, considering how fast the SMG fires, that is very, if not too powerful.

The smg is terribly overrated. The rifle is way better than the smg. To prove my point why don't you take the smg and i'll take the rifle. Choose a map and lets have a little 1v1.

Yes, there are a few people that are good with the rifle, but if I chose the Rifle I would have an harder time than if I chose the SMG.

With most maps that people play on .75, they don't give you enough range to show the rifle's advantage.
