Changing some of the default features in pyspades/pysnip

The collection of maps in the repo is an archive of old maps from the pyspades repo, and thus shouldn't really be added to. I'd suggest removing those maps, if anything, as having lots of maps there discourages people from looking else where, like in a proper community map repo, such as on this forum.

I would have to respectfully disagree. Someone should write a program that records every time someone gets votekicked, how quickly it happens, and the k/d ration of the person getting kicked so that we have some solid evidence as to what happens more often, but nine times out of ten when I see a votekick happening, it's happening to someone who is plainly and obviously hacking or griefing.
