The majority of players here aren't eligible to partake in the Blue v Green debate. It refers to a style of play which unfortunately is very rare these days.

As someone who started on the last day of 0.52, I cannot pick a side because I haven't played enough gen to know the techniques, and why one side is better than the other and whatnot.
Yes, that is the last version that doesn't have an SMG.

If you think this game always had an SMG, take off your Green/Blue master race tags NOW. This is NOT your debate. As someone who's been around longer than you have, it isn't even mine. Save that for the true vets.

(I'm actually hoping Iceball will spark this debate again, considering we have a working map gen now.)
