Help! I accidentally fucked up my registry!

The original, free Ace of Spades game powered by the Voxlap engine. Known as “Classic,” 0.75, 0.76, and all 0.x versions. Created by Ben Aksoy.

Hey guys, I just reinstalled AoS on my new computer and when I first clicked a server link and it asked me what to do with this kind of link I accidentally told it to do nothing and now I can't open server links, anybody know how to fix this? I'm running windows 8 on a macbook pro 15 inch.
