How will i do that, and i want to know how can i make a language file like the one in the game so i can release it, Can you make a post with detailed steps or a vid with details?

If you know how to reverse engineer stuff, it's pretty easy.
Otherwise, just do something like e.g. where it says "Headshot" do something like "Headshot = Kopfschuss" (yeah, I know that's German and not Turkish), and then post the translation here, and I can assemble a .dat file for you.

Thanks i will work on this weekend. I got tests and exams and i will work on it a bit now

Uhh, GreaseMonkey, aren't language files .bin files?

The language files are just simple binary files, extension doesn't matter.

I'll be releasing a language tool here shortly that works with all file format versions (0.61 -> 0.76)
