No, because StackOverflow is a [s]lazy sod[/s] very busy [s]girl[/s] man. There should be a Build and Shoot launcher coming out at some point soon, and I have my own launcher that should be out in the next couple of days.

I crapped out a simple desktop launcher with minimal customizeability, but not an actual server browser.
I see no need to release it in its current state; It'd be better to wait for the official launcher to be finished.
