Launcher crashes immediately, help

After installing the build and shoot launcher and launching it, i turned off my laptop to move it. after restarting my laptop, the launcher crashes immediately, and i get the "Build And shoot launcher has stopped working". I have uninstalled it and re installed it multiple times and it still wont work. I am using Windows 7 64 bit. Please help me.
